Ingredients
1 tablespoon sweet paprika
2 teaspoons turmeric
½tablespoon mixed spice
1 tablespoon cumin powder
1 tablespoon garlic salt powder
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon all spice
1 teaspoon ginger
1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 200C
I didn’t use oil or anything else just the shawarma spice I made.
I used 3 tablespoons of it for 1.100kg of chicken thigh
I put in the oven at 11.45 I took it out at 12.15 and served it on a bed of rice.
