With Sesame seeds, Zaatar or Nigela seeds, Why not all three!
I don’t know who came up with this recipe or how long it’s been around for but who ever came up with this recipe is a freaking genius. It’s simple, it's delicious and only has two ingredients which you will most likely have in the house and you can make in no time at all.
You can make it with your kids, your grandkids, make it for your children’s lunch, to take to brunch or just to have at home. They are supremely delicious and the house smells divine.
Ingredients
2 ingredients bagel
400g Greek yoghurt
290g Self raising flour
½ teaspoon salt (optional)
Method
Mix 400g yoghurt with 290g S.R flour until combined then use your hands to bring dough together to make a ball.
Transfer dough ball to a lightly floured work bench and roll the dough into a log roughly 42cm, cut log in half, roll each log to roughly 25cm, divide each log into 5 even portions.
Roll each piece out and bring both ends together to create a circle, tuck one end under the other and pinch together shut to form a circle repeat until you’ve made 10 bagels.
Egg wash bagels and sprinkle with seeds bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden brown
